WEINSTOCK Pool House

A built-in sofa was designed to wrap around a large niche on the south side of the pool house, with concealed components that convert into two twin-size beds—allowing the space to function as a guest house when needed.
CUSTOM KITCHEN ISLAND
This project involved the renovation of an existing pool house, reimagined to better align with the architecture of the main residence while updating its function and flow. The original natural stone on the exterior was preserved to maintain continuity, while new finishes and details were introduced throughout to bring a more cohesive and contemporary feel to the space.
